1. Returns

We accept returns only if:

• You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.
• The request is made within 48 hours of delivery.

To request a return:

Email us at support@bookmyastro.co.in with your Order ID, clear images of the product, and the reason for return.
Our team will review your request and arrange a pickup or replacement if approved.

⚠️ Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.

2. Refunds

Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Once approved, your refund will be issued within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

• Customized, energized, or made-to-order spiritual products (e.g., personalized yantras, rudraksha malas, name-engraved crystals).
• Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery.
• Items used, damaged, or altered by the customer.

3. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product (for size, color, or design), please contact our support within 48 hours of delivery. Exchange will be subject to product availability and inspection.

4. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
