Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
Remote or rural areas may take a little longer for delivery.
We always strive to ensure timely and safe deliveries.

3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping may be available on selected products or minimum order values.
For other orders, shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email/SMS.
You can track your shipment status directly through the courier’s official website.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
We will assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping partner or provide a replacement, as applicable.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly while placing the order.
In case of incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us — reshipping may incur additional charges.

Currently, we only ship within India.
